V-Day Celebration

If you know me then you would know that I love celebrating holidays, even the Hallmark ones. I love being able to give gifts to those special to me and what better way to do that then on Valentine's Day.

I decided to do a sort of goodies basket for Nick to enjoy.  I purchased some of his favorite snacks and some fun new beers to try and then decorated them in a fun way. The big gift for him was a new Xbox game that he had been wanting. For Brandon, I had been looking at these adorable backpacks at Target and purchased one for him and then put a few little musical toys from the B. Toy line and a new cup with a silly straw in it.

Nick, was very thoughtful with gifts for me.  I got a dozen red roses that are absolutely beautiful, chocolates, AND a planter for sunflowers (my favorite flower), herbs and other perennials. I have been talking about wanting to grow my own flowers, herbs and possibly some fruit and veggies for months and he took the first step for me. Such a wonderful guy.

Couldn't have asked for a better day then to spend it with my two wonderful guys.
